Package 1 : " Do It Yourself" --- $59 |
As stated, You can create your own listing by following our step-by-step instructions. You will need some experience with a digital camera. It should take 30 - 60 minutes of time on the computer to create a listing. |

Package 2 : " Comprehensive"

This package enlists the help of our staff. Our photographer will arrange a time to photograph your property and we will then take the time to create your listing for you. Your input of course is helpful in this process and your feedback is always welcome. |

Package 3 : "Tenant Locator

Let us put our resources and contacts
to work finding you the ideal tenant. We photograph
your property, place a listing and use other methods
at our disposal to get your property rented. We show
the property to prospective clients. We are not involved
in negotiations, however. We can help you with the
screening process. If we do our "finders fee"
is 50% of one months rent. Please call for more info.
